Acrylic practice

I started this painting off, because I wanted to try to draw and paint a more 'cartoony' style figure.

I find painting in acrylics fun.

I really like the colours I used, since they are bright, and i like bright colours.

I don' t really like the outline i did, since it is a lot thicker than i wanted the line to be.

I am happy with the cartoon-like proportions of the face, and the simple look of the painting.

The painting has helped me to learn what works well in acrylic and what doesn't.  Overall this was an enjoyable piece.
