Watercolour practice 2

I started this picture off with a vivid idea of what i wanted to do. I wanted to work off an album cover that I liked, but it didn't turn out like how I wanted it to.   So I drew the person in a room instead of the background shown on the album cover.

I enjoyed drawing the background, and drawing the face.

I like my paintings of the fish most, since they look nice.

The painting of the face didn't turn out as I had hoped because I did the colours wrong, and it was a brighter red than I wanted.

Overall, I find watercolours really fun, so I enjoyed creating this piece.

After I asked the participants to try out drawing, I began my explanation of how I draw an eye.  My aim was to pass on the skill that I had previously learned and to encourage their own creativity by encouraging each participant individually to build on their own skills and not just cop...
