What leadership skills have you developed? Confidence in my art skills, and I have helped others achieve similar skills. I gained more confidence in communicating and being able to make people focus on their drawing. What have you learnt about being a good leader? I need to be confident in what I can do. I learned how to use my personal inspiration and creativity to communicate and teach others about art. Refer back to your original project plan. Did anything happen differently to what you originally planned? If so, what and how? It lasted longer; and I didn't expect to have to help out so much. Is there anything you’d do differently in the future if you were to run the project again? I would add more to my presentation, as explaining certain art skills is difficult to do.
